Vortex Twist
- Make a new image (any size).
- Go to Filter > Render > Clouds.
- Next, go to Filter > Pixelate > Mezzotint and chose Short Strokes.
- Then, go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. Make your setting to Amount: 100 Blur Method: Zoom Quality: Best
- Press Ctrl F.
- Duplicate the background layer and then go to Filter > Distort > Twirl. Set it to -200 and then duplicate this layer.
- Set the duplicated layer to lighten and then merge the layers.
- Duplicate the background layer and then press Ctrl U to colorize. Choose a color.
- Then set the duplicated layer to overlay.
- You're done! This is what I got:
