- Make a new image ? any size. (File > New > Image)- Make black your foreground color and white your background color. (This will be the default if you didn?t change the colors on your copy of Adobe Photoshop yet.)
- Press Alt + Backspace and the entire image should turn black. (Yes, the canvas stays gray.)
- Now, reverse the colors using the

- Repeat for the inside.
- Repeat for center, but with white so that you?ll get this:

- Double click on ?Layer 1?
- Check outer glow. Make sure it?s highlighted in blue.
- Make the color the same color as your text border.
- Change the size to 49.

- Press OK. There?s your text! If you?d like to go ahead and create a border around it, keep reading!
- Create a new layer. (Layer > New Layer)
- Use the elliptical tool (can be found by right clicking on the square selection tool.)
- Now, you see the marching ants.
- Repeat the stroking steps, but choose a different color this time.
- Create the glow from the outer glow as instructed above.
- Edit the spread to 18 and the size to 14.d

- Use the Eraser tool
