Matrix Effect
This tutorial will show you how to make a cool Matrix effect on photoshop.

1. Open Photoshop with a 400x400 image. Press "D" on the keyboard to set it to default colours.
2. Go to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds. Then Filter > Noise > Add Noise. Set the amount to 400% with Uniform and Monochromatic.
3. Now add the mosaic effect by going to Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic. Set it to 13.
4. Now go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges. The "Edge Width" should be set to 2, the "Edge Brightness" should be set to 8", and the "Smoothness" should be set to 3.
5. Go to Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance. Make the Cyan and Magenta all the way to the left.
