WHO CAME UP WITH VAMPIRES?

When you were talking about the vampires, l just don't get how people came up with the whole immortal and blood-drinking thing from and what they really are. Do you know when and how did that all start, and who started it?

Most of these vampires and ghost and spirit became a fad in the Romantic Era in Europe. To learn more about it, just google ?Romantic Era?. It was during that time when the story like Frankenstein was written, along with many more supernatural stuff! I wouldn't know who came up with vampires, just like who came up with Emos, but it just got created
