My Friend Left Me after Moving Classes

Last year, I had a best friend. She's a girl, I'm a girl and we both felt like we could be together forever. We sat next to each other in class and all our conversations would never end. But a few days before the yearend break, my teacher announced who would go to what class and me and my BFF ended up in different classes. When the yearend holidays came, she called me and promised we would hangout and keep in touch the following year when we?re not in the same classes.

For two days before the holidays, all students went into their new classes and I felt lonely without her presence. This year when I thought we were going to see each other again, she had a new best friend and I really need her back. She has changed a lot! What should I do to get her back?

Dear Kristen,

There is an ?end? in the word ?friend? and it feels like that this is happening to you. You can?t expect a friend to be in your life forever. Even I?ve had friends that deserted me. The best thing you can do is encourage her to be in your life again, maybe ask her out to the movies and try your best to have her involved in your life. If she doesn?t come back, I?m afraid it?s time to move on but always remember to never give up on her because one day she might come back!
