My Face Turns Red When I see This Guy

Hey Jesse Neo!

I've liked this guy for three years. It seems like he flirts with me and I get obsessive over it. When I talk to him I get hot flashes down my whole face and I don't know what to do. He knows that I like him. Sometimes it seems like he likes me! What should I do to figure this out?
