In Love With a Guy That Doesn't Exist

Hey Jesse Neo!

I think I like a guy that doesn't exist. I mean, I might have a crush on a guy from a TV show (Japanese anime). I know that thousands of girls have crushes like this, but this is not like me. I never do things like this and when I try to accept and let it pass, I get embarrassed.

No guys at school will date me so unfortunately, this feels like all I've got and I don't want to stop liking this guy who doesn't exist.

Having a crush on a fictional character isn't something to be shameful about. Have you seen all those girls that are obsessed with Edward Cullen? He's a made up character!

Seeing you say that no one wants to date you, I think you are using Japanese anime as a way to escape your loneliness. Remember that you are important, special and has the right to enjoy life too. Instead of spending time alone, why don't you join a club or go shopping? Anywhere that has people that you can interact with. By doing so, you'll be able to get fresh air and meet real people that may actually want to date you. If the ugliest and meanest people can find love, why can't you? There are how many people in this world? Just because no guy in your one-of-a-trillion school in the world won't date you, doesn't mean no one else will. You just have to start looking.
