HOW TO ASK SOMEONE OUT

There's this really cute guy that I really want to be my boyfriend and all my friends are telling to me go ask him out but I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

Dear Dawn,

Asking someone out is actually really is! It's just like asking someone to go shopping with, but except with a crush. Just follow these few easy steps:

1. Decide if you really want to go out with him. Why do you like him? Is it because of who he is, or is it just he is because his cute?
2. Stay calm and don't get over-nervous where you'll start going weird. Being a little nervous is alright as it sometimes give a sign to the person that you're about to ask them out.
3. Arrange a time with them. You can call them or ask them on AIM/MSN. If you are brave, you may even just meet them after school or something. Make sure the place is quiet and it's just you and them. I mean, you don't want your mom to be there watching you ask someone you ask!
4. First start a conversation you know both of you would agree in. Some possible subjects could be the weather, homework, movies, or something else.
5. Remember to laugh at their jokes and keep smiling. When you two starts getting warmed up, ask him if he wants to hang out sometimes with just the two of you.
6. If they yes, hooray for you!! Maybe the First Date Advice article may give you some extra tips!
7. If they say no, don't get depressed. There'll be a special person for everyone.
   
   

But how I see it, he talks mainly to your cousin right? This is just probably they are neighbors so their relationship bond is much closer. The next time you see him, why don't you say an easy 'Hi!' to him and then maybe ask him for his number or email, etc. Then see what happens afterwards as you and him gets more familiar.
