Guy Refuses to Ask me Out

I like this boy and he told me that he likes me too. He told me that he cares about me but he won't ask me out. Does this mean he doesn't like me?

Dear Autumn,

No, it does not mean that the guy does not like you. Never take silence personal because what you think is in his mind may not be real. Perhaps he is waiting for YOU to ask him out. Have you thought of that? Instead of waiting for him to make the move, why don't you? It may be the only missing key.

Well I did not moenitn it Kumar but recently my referer logs have showed up the blogs of many US Presidential candidates. But for us Indians who are habitual of finding our walls glutted with slogans and postars at election times, such political spamming is not uncommon I suppose
