Guy Picking on my Best Friends

There is this guy and he really likes me and I used to like him. He asked me out about two weeks ago. The reason why I don't like him is because he picks on my best friends. I told him that I don't like him 1000 times but he won't listen and he is now spreading rumours about me everywhere! What should I do?

Dear Derian,

If he really is in love with you, he should respect you, and not pick on your friends. Your only option is to confront the guy and tell him that, if he is into you and actually wants a chance to be with you, he must stop all these crap he's doing! This will be the ultimate test to see if his feeling for you is genuine.
