GIRLFRIEND GOING TO PROM WITH SOMEONE ELSE

Hey Jesse Neo!

I?m 19 and I live with my girlfriend who is 18. We have a kid and she still goes to high school but she has a friend that she said she?d known since grade 10. She went to the park with him and another time, he went with her to a doctor appointment for my daughter. The last thing he did is ask her to a prom. Is what she doing wrong? Do you think it is just me?

Dear Chris,

Because she is your girlfriend, you are not officially committed to her, though you have a daughter. Yes, what your girlfriend is doing is wrong but it is up to her choice. Perhaps you can have a talk to her about it and sort things you, but sometimes you may just have to calm yourself down and think if you are getting off track.
