Finding a soulmate is a complicated issue. Some people believes in it while some don't. In my opinion there is a different soul mate at different times. A soul mate is someone that is willing to commit themselves to you, respect you, understand you, and so on. These types of people can change throughout your life.
In the meantime, trying hanging around with some friends, don't be so desperate to get out of the single life. Once you started meeting new people, then your soul mate may be just be there waiting for you to go to to them!
