DOES VAMPIRES AND WEREWOLVES EXIST?

I was watching Twilight the other day and I just couldn't get Edward Cullen and the whole vampire and werewolf thing off my head. I'm even having dreams about it, so I was just wondering if there is such thing as vampires and werewolves? If so, how can I spot them?

Dear Claudia,

Just like witches and wizards, vampires and werewolves DOES exist but just don't appear the same as you see in movies and books. If you would like to know more about vampires you may want to read the The Cold One and The Vampire article.

However in this advice I'll concentrate more on werewolves. Like witches and wizards, they do exist but are identified as part of the Wiccan pagan religion. It is a religion that deals with casting spells, doing rituals with the moon, etc. In many religion such as Christianity views it as Satanic where their powers come from Satan. Now, this is where werewolves comes in. I don't know if there is a religion or cult for this, but yes, it is possible for humans to transform into animals such as wolves through shape-shifting. Even though I have not seen it with my own eyes there are many reports that they are real, most commonly in spiritual areas such as Africa. Christians (including myself) sees it as using the power of the Devil. In my opinion, you should stay away from these type of things. I do not want to go into more details into it as I don't know, but you may want to Google search it. It is up to you but I suggest you don't.

Spotting them can be a tricky, just like spotting a Christian or a Buddhist or whatever. They comes in different shapes and sizes, but if you do really want to spot werewolves, or in this case people involved in shape-shifting, they would most likely be wearing strange symbols, etc. but this may be a bit stereotypical. I am not so sure.
